The ball itself is fine — quiet, soft, and I do use it daily. But everything before that? A nightmare. Late shipping. Crushed packaging. Support that took a full day to respond. I don’t care if the product is decent — if the process of getting it is this stressful, it ruins the whole experience. I’m disappointed and wouldn’t recommend unless things change.
